Fully 7 Star Energy Rating Ready and NCC 2022 Compliant Home Design
The Cooper 305
is designed to meet or exceed the NatHERS requirements for a 7.0 star energy rating, as well as being fully compliant with the latest National Construction Code specifications.
NOTE: Final NatHERS rating and NCC 2022 compliance requires certification of complete site-specific plans by an accredited energy rating specialist. Your home’s energy rating is influenced by the house plans, fit-out choices, and site location. This can include accounting for North orientation, placement of living areas, size and position of windows, site fall, engineering, and other site-specific overlays.

Design Selection and Estimate
We provide a clear and transparent quote for your design. Once we’ve decided on the design that best suits your lifestyle we will generate a provisional estimate. This outlines the price and inclusions in a simple and straightforward way.

Preliminary Agreement, Soil Tests and Drafting
Lane Housing Co organises things like soil testing, in order to make sure the land is ready to be built on. We also complete drafting for any customisations to the plans and finalising the working drawings.

Four
Interior Design Consultation
Meet for a consultation with an interior designer. Our team provides you with access to our Selection Centre software so that you can make your interior and colour selections. To help, we’ll arrange for you to have a consultation with an interior designer.

Five
Contract Sign-off and Start Construction
Once the quote is finalised we are ready to start building your new home. When selections have been made it will be time to sign off on the final build contract. After this is finalised, we organise building permits and start working on your new home.

Build with a Dedicated Supervisor at Your Side
Your dedicated site supervisor will be your go-to person from the first day on site to the final walkthrough. They’ll keep you updated, coordinate trades, ensure quality standards are met, and make sure your build stays on track and on budget.

Handover and Move Into Your New Home!
We’ll walk you through your finished home, check everything together, and hand over the keys. You’ll receive your warranties, manuals, and maintenance guide, so you can enjoy your beautiful new home from day one with complete peace of mind.
