Facade Selection:The Everyday Home Facade is our standard inclusion in all Design base prices (unless stated otherwise). All other facade Costs are the upgrade price in lieu of the Everyday Home Facade. Note: Specific designs may not include an Everyday Facade and in this case the Base Facade will be nominated on the Floor plan flyer and noted on the Design Plan - Base Pricing Selection.Details of the Materials and Inclusions for each Facade are contained in the Lane Housing Co. Style Gallery.Custom Facade Design Service is available as a Design Option. The Price and Time Extension to the process is determined on an individual project basis.
If you have been provided an estimated price more than 3 months ago, or your project has been delayed, it is possible Lane Housing Co. has experienced price rises from suppliers and contractors in this time. We will notify you here of any price rises that may have affected your estimate.As we move through the Preliminary Agreement phase we will revise your New Home Estimate at key milestones.
